PREMIER LEAGUE ANNOUNCE LATEST TV PICKS INCLUDING LAST-EVER GAME AT GOODISON PARK

The final game at Goodison Park has been moved to an unusual Sunday slot so that it can be shown live on TV. Everton will bid farewell to their long-time home when they host Southampton, who already have their relegation confirmed, on the penultimate weekend of the season.

The clash between the Toffees and the Saints will take place at midday on Sunday May 18 with coverage to be shown by TNT Sports. Everton have enjoyed some memorable outings at their Merseyside home with their 2-2 draw with Liverpool earlier this season also shown on TNT.

Another game that has been moved is Chelsea's clash with Manchester United - which is the Blues' final home game of the season. It was originally due to take place on Sunday May 18 - but has now been bought forward by 48 hours and will kick-off at 8pm on Friday May 16, live on Sky Sports.

The move was to ensure there is no clash with the Women's FA Cup final between the same two teams on the Sunday. Chelsea's meeting with United the following day created an issue and both clubs were keen for fans to be able to watch the Wembley showpiece as well as the men's game, which led to the request being lodged.

Eight Premier League games will take place on the Sunday after the men's FA Cup final - which will take place on Saturday May 17. As a result several fixtures are subject to the outcomes of the FA Cup semi-finals - which include Manchester City, Nottingham Forest, Crystal Palace and Aston Villa.

If Forest fail to reach the final then will travel to face West Ham at 2.15pm in a fixture that is currently set to be shown on Sky Sports. Similarly, a loss for Aston Villa will see them Tottenham at either 2.15pm or 7.00pm - again shown on Sky Sports.

On that same weekend, Newcastle will travel to face Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium at 4.30pm in a match that will be shown live on Sky Sports. Both sides are out of the FA Cup so that fixture is set in stone and could have Champions League ramifications for the Magpies.

City are scheduled to face Bournemouth at 7pm on Sunday May 18 but that will depend on whether they remain in the hunt for the FA Cup with Pep Guardiola looking to ensure they don't finish the campaign without a trophy.

Brighton will host champions-elect Liverpool in what is the final game of the 37th matchweek of the season. They will play at 8.00pm on Monday May 19 at the Amex with the hosts potentially having to give the Reds a guard of honour if they have been crowned.
