Manchester United sealed their return to the Champions League and continued their strong first campaign under Erik ten Hag after beating Chelsea 4-1.
Casemiro kick-started the emphatic victory at Old Trafford after heading home Christian Eriksen's free-kick and Anthony Martial put the hosts in cruise control, despite Frank Lampard's side squandering several golden chances before half-time.
United then wrapped up the three points through Bruno Fernandes' cool penalty, the spot-kick awarded after Wesley Fofana's clumsy tackle. There was still time, too, for Marcus Rashford to tuck beyond Kepa Arrizabalaga at the second time of asking.
Chelsea pulled a goal back through Joao Felix but the low effort, buried across David de Gea and into the far corner, was not enough to mask another poor showing.
Here, Mail Sport's CHRIS WHEELER has rated both sets of players...
MANCHESTER UNITED (4-2-3-1)
David de Gea - 6.5
A solid evening. Will be disappointed to have conceded so late.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka - 7
Another good display and has clearly become Ten Hag's first-choice here.
Raphael Varane - 7
Held firm when Chelsea pushed forward and came close to a clean sheet.
Victor Lindelof - 7
Strong in possession. Has formed a fine understanding with Raphael Varane.
Luke Shaw (off 46min) - 6.5
Removed as a precaution during the break. Would be a big miss for the final.
Casemiro - 8
On the score sheet once again and controlled the midfield.
Christian Eriksen (off 70min) - 7
Provided the assist for Casemiro and kept United ticking.
Antony (off 28min) - 6
Injured early on and may spend a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

Should have scored earlier than he did but shone in the No 10 role.
Jadon Sancho - 6.5
Sharper decision making and laid on an assist.

Tapped home before the break to place United in cruise control.

Left woefully exposed by a porous defence and slack marking.

Swept up in a poor second half, along with many of his team-mates.
Trevoh Chalobah - 5.5
A sloppy performance, one United clinically capitalised on.
Wesley Fofana - 5
Gave away a clumsy penalty, all but killing off the game for his side.
Lewis Hall - 6
A bright, steady showing from the youngster in a testing environment.
Carney Chukwuemeka (off 82min) - 6.5
Demonstrated exactly why he is deserving of more minutes.
Enzo Fernandez - 6
Showed fire and flair in moments but couldn't protect possession.
Conor Gallagher (off 82min) - 5
Below-par and lost out time and time again in the costly midfield battle.
Noni Madueke (off 82min) - 6.5
The best of Chelsea's attackers and caused United several problems.
Kai Havertz (off 64min) - 5.5
Couldn't apply the finishing touch when the visitors were on top.
Mykhailo Mudryk (off 64min) - 5
A little lightweight and predictable once again.
